What I ate Wednesday-a day late

Jenni and I have a ton in common.  We have the same wicked sense of humor, same love of food and exercise, 3 kids-same gender and birth order.  We each have big girl jobs but we have one major difference.


As we both "swim" through the sea of life, this is Jenni:




Seamless, Fearless, Efficient.


And, then there's me:

Barely hanging in there.  Some days, it's all I can do to get food prepared, let alone take pictures and document it.


So, here it is--What I ate Wednesday, a day late:

Breakfast:
Steel cut oats with 2 T almond butter and 2 T sweet potato puree.

Leftovers from dinner the night before:  shrimp, onion, bell pepper ,and squash




Afternoon Snack:
Afternoon snack: homemade jalapeno hummus with veggies(hummus tutorial in the works) 





Dinner:

Grilled venison, roasted potatoes and broccoli with side salad
