Barely hanging in there. Some days, it's all I can do to get food prepared, let alone take pictures and document it.
So, here it is--What I ate Wednesday, a day late:

|Leftovers from dinner the night before: shrimp, onion, bell pepper ,and squash|
|Afternoon snack: homemade jalapeno hummus with veggies(hummus tutorial in the works)|
|Grilled venison, roasted potatoes and broccoli with side salad|
